SUBSCRIPTIONS

When will I be billed?


When you sign up you will be billed straight away for your first box. If you sign up on or before the 20th of the month your first box will be that months box*. If you sign up after the 20th of the month your first box will be next months box. You'll be billed on 1st of each month thereafter. If you're subscribed to a bimonthly plan you'll only be billed on the 1st of every other month. You'll recieve an email reminder a few days before your next payment is due to be taken. If your payment fails, we'll try again up to 5 times and if this still fails your subscription will be automatically cancelled. *Subject to availability - Please refer to the Jarmabox home page to check the availability of that months box. In the event that the months box has sold out, you will be pre-ordering next months box.




When will I recieve my box?


All boxes will be dispatch on or before 21st of each month. Whilst we aim to dispatch as early as possible in the month, it can be a little later due to the lengthy personalisation process we have to go through. All subscriber's boxes are dispatched together in batches over the course of 3-5 days. If you are a new subscriber and sign up after 21st of the month you will recieve the next months box dispatched on or before the 21th,




Can I cancel anytime?


Yes, absolutely! You can cancel anytime by logging into your account here or getting in touch with us at support@jarmabox.co.uk. There is no contract or minium amount of months that you must stay with us. All we ask is for you to let us know the reason you've decided to leave us - your feedback is what's most important to us and we want to know what we could be doing better!




Can I pause my subscription?


Yes! If you love receiving your Jarmabox deliveries but need a break for whatever reason then you can pause your subscription by logging into your account here or contacting us at support@jarmabox.co.uk.




Can I skip a month?


Of course! You can skip a month by logging into your account here or contacting us at support@jarmabox.co.uk, we'll be happy to assist!




Can I return if the pyjamas don't fit?


We understand that sometimes ordering clothing online can be a little hit and miss. Whilst we'd say our pyjamas are true to size and always suggest sizing up if you prefer a roomier fit, we also offer a 14 day window where you can exchange your pyjamas for a more suitable size.




Can I change my size and personalisation?


Yes, you can update details such as your size, personalisation, shipping address, payment information and preferences etc by logging into your account here. Alternatively, you can send us an email at support@jarmabox.co.uk with the change you'd like to make and a member of a team will be happy to help!

ONE OFF BOX

How long until my order is dispatched?


All one off boxes are dispatched at the same time as our monthly subscriber's boxes which is on or before 21st of the month. If you order your one off box after the 21st, you will be pre-ordering the next months box. Which again is subject to dispatch on or before the 21st of that months box. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your box has been handed over to our courier.




How long does delivery take?


Once you have recieved your dispatch confirmation email to let you know your box is on its way you can expect to recieve it within 2-3 days. You'll be provided with a link to track your box within your dispatch email.




Do you accept returns?


We have a 14 day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Please note: once the swing tag has been removed from the pyjamas we are unable to accept returns unless damaged.




How are the pyjamas personalised?


We use heat transfer vinyl to press your name or initials onto the pyjamas.




How many letters can I have for personalisation?


We allow you to personalise with up to 10 characters but we strongly suggest using your initials or atleast no more than 5 characters. his is just what we personally think looks best, but it's totally up to you! Please note that we cannot personalise shapes such as hearts at the end of names.




Can I choose what pyjamas and products I want?


Currently no but this is something we'll be introducing in the near future. For now, you can only purchase our stanard monthly box which has a set style of pyjamas and 4 products we have preselected. In some cases we are able to create custom boxes using past pyjama styles and products, so don't hesitate to reach out and we can see if we can help!
