What can I do if I don't like this month's box?


While we hope it doesn't come to this, you can pause or skip the boxes you don't wish to have, this will mean no payment(s) will be taken for the duration you choose, but don't worry, it's just as easy to re-start again!




What is your returns policy?

How does the personalisation work?


We'll personalise your pyjamas up to 10 characters if you choose the personalised plan! You can find more information regarding personalisation here




What if I don’t like what I get in my pyjama box when it arrives in person?


We always reveal the pyjama style at the start of the month so you can decide if the style is right for you, if not, you can pause or skip a month! We like to gradually reveal the 4 beauty products over the course of the month for those who prefer the surprise element! We will always endeavour to cultivate the perfect pyjama package each and every month. Please don't hesitate to get in touch about any specific preferences and/or allergies you may so we can adapt and make it perfect for you every time!




When will my box arrive?


If you're subscribed, your payment will be taken on the 1st of each month, subsiquently, your box will be dispatched from the 3rd up until the 16th. This allows us time to cater for the volume of subscribers and dispatch in waves. If you purchase a one off or are a new subscriber, we endeavour to dispatch your box within 72 hours / 3 working days.




What sizes do you cater for?


We currently cater for UK sizes 8-20. We are actively working with our suppliers to introduce new sizing, such as petite and tall options.

If I subscribe, how will payments and arrival work?


Our model is the following: All CURRENT subscribers' payments will be taken on the 1st of each month. Your box will be dispatched within a three week period (3rd to 21st), however we do aim to dispatch as quickly as possible. If you're a new subscriber, your payment will be taken out on the day you subscribe. If you join BEFORE the 20th of said month, you'll receive that months box. If you join AFTER the 21st, you'll receive the next months box but your next payment will be the month after on the 1st. See example image below for a current subscriber/new subscriber before 20th: Blue - Payment comes out Red - Cut off date to subscribe Green - Latest dispatch date Example for New subscriber after 21st: Payment taken out 21st October 2020 (Cut off for October box is missed) November box dispatched (any time between 3rd and 21st Nov 2020) Next Payment comes out December 1st 2020 and receives December box (any time between 3rd and 21st Dec 2020)
