Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us at-least 24 hours before your next payment! All payments will taken on the same day as you originally sign up. If you purchase a one-off box then no further payment will be taken unless you visit the website and order again.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your box. Click to see more information on our Returns Policy.

How does the personalisation work?

We'll personalise your pyjamas up to 6 characters at absolutely no further cost! You can find more information regarding personalisation here

What if I don’t like what I get in my pyjama box?

We always reveal the pyjama style at the start of the month so you can decide if the style is right for you! We like to gradually reveal the 4 beauty products over the course of the month for those who prefer the surprise element! We will always endeavour to cultivate the perfect pyjama package each and every month. Please don't hesitate to get in touch about any specific preferences and/or allergies you may so we can adapt and make it perfect for you every time!

When will my box arrive?

For one off boxes, we endeavour to dispatch orders within 48 hours. If you are subscribed, your box will be dispatch within 48 hours from the date your payment is cleared. e.g subscribers who started their subscription on 23/05/2020 will receive their boxes around the 25th-27th of each month

What sizes do you cater for?

We currently cater for UK sizes 8-20. We are actively working with our suppliers to introduce new sizing, such as petite and tall options.
