When will I be billed & will I receive this months box?


When you sign up you will be billed straight away for your first box. Your first box will be the current months box unless we have stated it has been sold out (Please check the top of our home page for live updates on which box you'll be purchasing/see if the current box is sold out). We aim to stock the current months box from the 1st to the end of the month so you'll receive the current months box unless again, we have stated it has sold out. You'll be billed on 1st of each month thereafter, or every other month on the 1st If you're subscribed to our bimonthly plan.* If your payment fails on the 1st, we'll try again up to 5 times and if this still fails then your subscription will be automatically cancelled. *If when you sign up the currents months box has already sold out, then the payment made will be a pre-order for next months box and therefore you won't be billed again for this on the 1st.




When will I recieve my box?


We aim to dispatch our monthly box on or before the 21st of each month - this includes both subscriptions and one off orders. Due to unforeseeable delays this may be subject to change, so please see the banner at the top of our home page for live dispatch updates. If you have purchased after this date (21st) or if we have already dispatched all of the monthly orders, your order will be dispatched within 72 hours of payment.




Can I cancel anytime?


Yes, absolutely! You can cancel anytime by logging into your account here or getting in touch with us at support@jarmabox.co.uk. There is no contract or minimum amount of months that you must stay with us. All we ask is for you to let us know the reason you've decided to leave us when you cancel - your feedback is what's most important to us and we always interested to know what we could be doing better!




Can I pause my subscription?


Yes! If you love receiving your Jarmabox deliveries but need a break for whatever reason then you can pause your subscription by logging into your account here or contacting us at support@jarmabox.co.uk.




Can I skip a month?


Of course! You can skip a month by logging into your account here or contacting us at support@jarmabox.co.uk, we'll be happy to assist!




Can I return if the pyjamas don't fit?


We understand that sometimes ordering clothing online can be a little hit and miss. Our pyjamas are designed to be roomy & comfortable so we'd suggest sticking with your usual UK size, however please feel free to take a look at our size guide to be sure you're selecting the right size for you! In the event your pyjamas arrive and do not fit, we offer a 14 day exchange policy. For more information about this including excemptions please visit here - Returns Policy




Can I change my size?


Yes, you can update details such as your size, shipping address and payment information by logging into your account here. Alternatively, you can send us an email at support@jarmabox.co.uk with the change you'd like to make and a member of a team will be happy to help!

How can I change my subscription frequency?


If you would like to change from bi-monthly to monthly or vice versa, please email support@jarmabox.co.uk and we can make the necessary changes on your behalf.




How can I start a subscription as a gift?


If you're looking to purchase for another person and pay a subscription on behalf of them, the best way for you to do this will be proceeding with the checkout as normal, here you can select the preffered delivery address. Using your own email and number will ensure you receive all of the shipping and delivery notifications too. If of course you would prefer the recipient to receive the notifications, please input their information instead.





ONE OFF BOX

How long until my order is dispatched?


One-off purchase of our monthly box will be dispatch on or before 21st of the month. This is subject to chance, so please look at the banner on the top of our homepage for more accurate, live updates on dispatch times. If you have placed an order after the 21st, or after we have dispatched the monthly orders, you can expect to receive a dispatch email within 48 hours. Please refer to the time scales at the top of the website for a real time accurate estimated delivery time.




How long does delivery take?


Once you have recieved your dispatch confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way you can expect to recieve it within 2-4 working days. You'll be provided with a link to track your parcel within the dispatch email. Please note that delivery times can take a little longer due to courier delays. If after 7 days you still haven't recieved your order please get in touch via support@jarmabox.co.uk so we can investigate.




Do you accept returns?


We have a 14 day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition. For more information please view our Returns Policy.




Can I choose what pyjamas and products I want?


Currently no but this is something we're look to introduce in the near future. For now, you can only purchase our standard monthly box which has a set style of pyjamas and 4 products we have preselected. In some cases we are able to create custom boxes using past pyjama styles and products, so don't hesitate to reach out and we can see if we can help! You can also shop some of our past products and pyjamas individually here.





SELECT

When will my Select order be dispatched?


We aim to dispatch all Select orders within 72 hours. This is due to the personalisation, if your order is unpersonalised it may be dispatched sooner. If something is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as we can.




I want to change my selections, what can I do?


If your order has not been dispatched yet, please feel free to email support@jarmabox.co.uk and we will try our best to make your desired changes!

Can I add more than one box to my basket?


It isn't possible to add multiple unique boxes to your basket. Each order will have to be placed separately. Apologies for the inconvenience!
