RETURNS POLICY

Here at Jarmabox we like to be as flexible as possible! We're always happy to accept returns and exchanges as long as the item(s) are returned to us in their original, resellable condition.

 

 Before making your purchase we do recommend that you take a look at our size guide, however, we're always happy to exchange pyjamas if the fit isn't quite right.

To start a return, simply email support@jarmabox.co.uk and a member of the team will get back to you ASAP. We aim to issue a refund within 2-5 working days of receiving your return. Return request must be made within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Please note that you as the buyer are responsible for covering the cost of a return unless you have received products which are incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining a proof of postage receipt for cover in the unlikely event your return doesn't reach our warehouse. 

 

If tracking information is showing your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it please get in touch with us ASAP via support@jarmabox.co.uk.
