RETURNS POLICY

As we're confident you'll enjoy every aspect of your box, we offer a 14 day refund window if you are unhappy or dissatisfied with the contents.*

The 14 day window will start on the date of delivery. After this period returns will not be accepted. Addons are exempt from returns as they are heavily discounted.

Should your parcel not arrive with you despite being the status being 'delivered' please notify us within 14 days of the 'delivered' date for us to investigate. After this period, your order will not be investigated and no refund will be issued.

 

In the event your pyjamas do not fit correctly, we are happy to exchange for another size.* Before making your purchase, please take a look at our size guide.

Please be advised that boxes will only be refunded if all contents are in their original, undamaged/unopened condition. If any items are not in this condition, we may only issue you with a partial refund based on our opinion of the condition of the contents. 

 

To start a return, simply email support@jarmabox.co.uk and a member of the team will get back to you ASAP. We aim to issue a refund within 2-5 working days of receiving your return.

Please note Jarmabox will not be responsible for covering return postage fees unless your order is damaged. We recommend using a Tracked & Signed service and obtaining a proof of postage receipt for cover in the unlikely event your return doesn't reach our warehouse. 

 

*Personalised pyjamas are exempt from returns and exchanges unless damaged or the fault lays with us, i.e the wrong size was sent.
