Why are you changing from monthly for quarterly?

1. You’ll save money, drawer space & help the planet As a monthly subscriber you’ll save £140 per year. Whilst your deliveries won’t be as frequent, we promise your quarterly box of goodies will be BIGGER & BETTER and something you can really look forward to!  If you’re anything like us, your pyjama addiction can be problematic when it comes to storage. We want to provide you with one high quality pair of PJs that you’ll keep reaching for the whole season! Our environmental impact matters and we can’t help but think we could do better. By switching to a quarterly box we massively reduce our carbon footprint (less deliveries, less packaging etc) and reduce the amount of pyjamas potentially ending up in landfill.   2. Think quality over quantity  Designing a new pair of pyjamas each and every month gives us very little time to perfect the design & fit. By focusing on just 4 designs each year we can ensure that our pyjama sets are perfect every single time. We will be focusing on introducing petite and tall options along with ensuring our sizing is the best it can be! You’ll receive 8 carefully selected products suitable for the new season. From beauty to home fragrance to comforts such as slippers. We'll be bringing you more cult favourites such as Elemis, Rituals, Murad and REN along with upcoming indie brands we know you'll love!

When will I be billed?

When you sign up for our quarterly subscription you'll be billed for your first box immediately then each quarter thereafter (June 1st, Sept 1st, Dec 1st, March 1st).   For example, if you sign up on August 1st you'll be billed immediately for the Summer box which will be dispatched straight away. Your next billing date will be Sept 1st for the Autumn  box, then Dec 1st for the Winter box and so on.   You can cancel you subscription with ease at anytime!

When will I receive my box?

All quarterly boxes will be dispatched within 21 days after the billing date, so you'll always receive it just in time for the start of the new season! Please see below for reference.  Summer box:  Billed June 1st,  dispatched by June 21st  Autumn box:  Billed Sept 1st, dispatched by Sept 21st  Winter box:  Billed Dec 1st, dispatched by Dec 21st  Spring box:  Billed March 1st, dispatched by March 21st  *PLEASE NOTE - there may be a small delay with the Summer '22 box, but we'll keep all subscribers updated on this throughout the month of June.*

How do I know which size to select?

Our pyjamas are made to be slightly oversized for maximum comfort so we’d suggest you select your normal UK size. We currently offer sizes 6 - 22. To ensure the best fit possible please refer to our size chart here.

Can I preview the pyjamas before I'm billed?

Absolutely! We'll always reveal the pyjama set at-least 2-3 days before an upcoming billing date. If the pyjama set isn't for you then you can simply log into your account and skip that seasons box.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes you can and with ease! Simply log into your account here or email us at support@jarmabox.co.uk and a member of the team will do it for you.

What is your refund/returns policy?

Here at Jarmabox we like to be as flexible as possible! We're always happy to except returns as long as the item(s) are returned to us in their original, resealable condition.   Please note that you as the buyer are responsible for covering the cost of a return unless you have received products which are incorrect or damaged.  If you'd like to start a return please email us at support@jarmabox.co.uk with your name, order number and reason for returning.
