Jarmabox will not be liable for ANY returns fees unless we have otherwise stated.

If you wish to return your goods, please see our Returns Policy here. Which states we will only accept returns within 14 days of receiving the goods.

When goods are received, we will check the condition of the goods, based on those conditions we will issue a refund/exchange.

Jarmabox will not be liable for the handling of the goods in transportation via our courier, if the boxes have arrived damaged, the consumer is to liaise with the courier directly. We will provide a tracking number upon request.

Jarmabox will not provide warranty for any items provided as they are deemed consumables, pyjamas are subject to wear and tear.

If you have subscribed, we allow a 24-hour cooling off period to cancel your subscription, if you decide after 24 hours you no longer wish to be subscribed, you may cancel future boxes but will not receive a refund for the first purchased box.

Although we do not require you to sign a contract, if subscribed, we require 24 hours notice before your next payment is due if you wish to cancel, please ensure you're providing a reasonable notice for us to go through the direct debit termination process.

Jarmabox is subject to changes such as price. Where possible, we will notify you if necessary about any changes that may impact you such as monthly direct debit/subscriptions.
