Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our Refund Policy.

You can request a refund for nearly any unused purchase. Upon request via support@jarmabox.co.uk, Jarmabox will issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within 14 days of receipt and the products have not been used. There are more details below, but even if you fall outside of the refund rules we have described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we will take a look.

Returns

We understand that the products we provide are personal in nature and that satisfaction can vary. As such, if you are unsatisfied with your order from Jarmabox, you may return it postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Please ensure that the products are unopened, with all original packaging, seals, and tags intact. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or altered from their original states, such as a broken seal or removed packaging. If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it and manage any associated claims with the courier service, as our commitment to your satisfaction remains paramount.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at support@jarmabox.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Ensure you include your RMA inside of your returning package. Please note that customers are responsible for all return postage fees. However, if the item has arrived damaged or you have received an incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid postage label for your convenience. In these cases, we will pay or reimburse return shipping charges. In all other circumstances, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. If you are eligible, you will be issued a full refund within a week of approval. Please allow at least thirty-five (35) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. 

You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If for any reason, Jarmabox is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, we will provide the value in equivalent credit or provide an alternate method of refund. Please note that some payment methods available in your jurisdiction may not support refunding a purchase back to the original payment method.

EU Right of Withdrawal Services

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase of an unused product on Jarmabox within 14 days without giving any reason.

For any purchased products, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by an unequivocal statement. The easiest way to do so is by informing our customer support through support@jarmabox.co.uk. If you do so, we will promptly acknowledge receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You shall return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from an agreement, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Abuse

Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing products - not as a way to get free products. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you.

No Disparagement

You agree not to disparage us in any manner. For the avoidance of doubt, disparagement shall mean disparaging or otherwise making any false or negative statements about Jarmabox's products, services, members, managers, or employees.

Release of Liability

You, on behalf of yourself, and your respective heirs, estates, administrators, successors and assigns hereby unconditionally release and forever discharge Jarmabox and its agents, employees, representatives, managers, members, predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, assigns, and affiliates, and from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, obligations, liabilities, damages, attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses of any type and nature whatsoever, whether in law or in equity whether known or unknown, either existing or that may exist from the beginning of time to the date of this release.

No Admission of Liability

You understand and acknowledge that acceptance of any refund request by you shall be not deemed or construed as an admission of liability by Jarmabox with respect to any dispute or any other matter. This Refund Policy shall not be used or construed in connection with any other suit or other proceedings as an admission or concession of liability.

Revision Date

This Refund Policy was last updated on 13 October 2023 (“Revision Date”). If you were a user before the Revision Date, it replaces the existing Refund Policy.
